By using DealerFill, you agree to these Terms. DealerFill is a Chrome extension and web platform for automating dealership workflows. We may update pricing, features, or policies at any time.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Subscription fees are charged per billing cycle and may change with notice.
We offer a 7-day refund window for first-time purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact support@dealerfill.com within 7 days for a full refund.
Renewal payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. You may cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
Refunds are issued via Paddle to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your provider.
All content, software, and features are owned by DealerFill and protected by intellectual property laws.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days of service usage.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes may be resolved through arbitration if required.
