DealerFill subscriptions are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This policy explains when refunds are available and how they are handled.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. Contact us at support@dealerfill.com.
Renewal charges are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel anytime to avoid future billing.
Refunds are issued via Paddle to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund unless requested within the refund window.
